As hard as this is to believe, the majority of leadership of an entire political party is sabotaging efforts to bring a suspected serial pedophile to justice.

 

Let me repeat that. Because we have never had a party so corrupt that they would actively shut down Congress to avoid exposing a person who is accused not just of a crime, not just of a felony, not just of sexual assault, but of sexual assault on 14 and 15 year-old children.

Do you have a daughter who is 14? Ever had a daughter who was 14? Imagine her being taken somewhere where she was helpless and passed around like a fruit platter to satisfy the sexual lust of 45 year-old perverts. As uncomfortable as it is, picture that because that’s what the Epstein files are all about.

 

Now picture going to the police station and asking for justice. The chief of police named Mike Johnson says, “We can’t look into that now. Get back to us in September and we might consider it.” And Chief Johnson answers to the mayor, who happens to be one of the ones who molested your 14 year-old daughter.

 

That, my friends, is where the Republican Party is at. Right now. When you thought that they could not possibly sink any lower than the concentration camp in the Everglades, or throwing millions of people off Medicaid, or sending the Marines to invade not a terrorist country but an American city, here they are. Protecting and defending pedophilia. The lowest of the low.

 

You know the question, “What do you call someone who didn’t work at the camps but supported Nazi Germany?”

 

“A Nazi.”

 

What should we call over 200 Republican Congressmen, including the Speaker of the House, that didn’t have sex with or rape underage female children but actively protect someone from being investigated for destroying young lives? After-the-fact co-conspirator seems apropos. But what would you call them?

 

(In related news, I checked Fox News online just after midnight. There were over 50 headlines including this newsworthy article that millions wanted to read: “Mother-in-law excludes kids' spouses from group dinner on vacation, sparking debate.” The only Epstein-related headline: “House panel directs chairman to subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton in Epstein probe.”
