Oh, we can slow Father Time’s effects through exercise and eating and mind-over-body pursuits, but 65 ain’t 35 no matter how you slice it. Eventually we all age and move on into a new chapter.
But before you do, make damn sure you live life to the fullest. Focus on using all of your senses to take in the beauty of this world. Use the good china Listen to your favirite music every day. Climb a mountain, hop on a bicycle, run through the sprinklers. Consistently take more time to do what feels good to your soul. Have a sense of urgency about how you are spending your time and be mindful of whom you are investing your time in. Call the special ones in your life just to tell them what they mean to you Laugh and love and live more with people who share your values.
